YOUTH MATHEMATICS & TECHNOLOGY ACADEMY PROGRAM COORDINATOR
KEIGWIN MIDDLE SCHOOL
Middletown Public Schools is looking for a Youth Mathematics and Technology Academy Program Coordinator.  A program coordinator position to support interdistrict efforts to reduce racial isolation and provide opportunities for mathematics and technology exploration for students in grade 6 from area districts.  The program coordinator will work directly with staff from Middlesex Community College, middle school principal, and mathematics curriculum supervisor, to review and/or revise the current program framework. The program is scheduled for 6-7 Saturdays at Middlesex Community College and Middletown High School (for technology activities) beginning after January 1, 2015 (schedule to be determined).  Activities will focus on improving students’ understanding and appreciation of mathematics, technology, and diversity through collaborative, hands-on lessons.  For more information, click on job posting.  To apply for the position, please go to our applications page.
