Professional Development

Middletown Public Schools is committed to the professional growth of staff in order to provide the very best education for each student. Many workshops are conducted where teachers come together from schools throughout the district to improve their instruction in the areas of Math, Language Arts, and Technology.

Building upon the Intel Teach to the Future Program that trained nearly 60 teachers district wide in the 2003-2004 academic year, educational technology training will focus on teachers creating classroom webpages, expanding online learning opportunities for students, and reinforcing technology as a teaching and learning tool K-12.
