An educational program available to high school students from:
Chester, Clinton, Cromwell, Deep River, Durham, East Hampton, Essex, Guilford, Haddam, Killingworth, Madison, Middlefield, Middletown, Portland, Old Saybrook, Rocky Hill, and Westbrook.
Mission
The mission of the Vocational Agriculture Program is to provide instruction leading to a career in agriculture upon completion of high school or to prepare students for entrance into a two or four year college.
Cost & Transportation
In accordance with state statutes, cost of tuition and travel from communities served by the Vocational Agriculture Center is paid by the local education agency. There is no tuition or transportation cost to the student.
What is Agricultural Science & Technology?
Agriculture Science & Technology consists of instruction, supervised agricultural experience, and leadership development through the FFA http://www.ffa.org/.

The Agriculture Program is one class with four teachers. Faculty instructs all students in leadership, agricultural business, and supervised agricultural experience. Faculty members also teach specific areas of agriculture.
