Project Graduation 2013-2014

MHS Graduation
June 12, 2014 (tentative)

Project Graduation is a committee of parents/adults, along with the Senior Class Advisor (Tish Ehnot), who work together to provide graduating seniors a drug and alcohol-free all night celebration on graduation night.

The goal of Project Graduation is to keep our children safe on one of the most memorable days of their lives by providing  a safe, fun, alcohol and drug free all night party and keeping them off of the roads.

Project Graduation Needs You!

We need your help!  It takes a large group of committed parents to make it all possible.  Join us at the meetings and help with our events.  We can't do it without you.

Your support in any way is greatly appreciated!

We need parents from all classes to make this a success.

Attention bakers - The senior class needs your help. They are looking for holiday cookies for their annual cookie sale which will be held by the cafeteria entrance at school on Saturday, December 6th from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. If you are willing to help, there are three different drop off times for the cookies - before 2 p.m. on Friday in the school's Main Office or between 5:15 and 6:15 on Friday evening at the school entrance. They can also be dropped off on Saturday at 8 a.m. at the school before the sale.   On Saturday night the Live and Silent Auction will be held at the Middletown Italian Society located on 72 Court Street from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.. A light dinner and dessert will be served. Tickets are still available for $15 and can be purchased online by going to the school web page and clicking on the link for Project Graduation. Please come out in support of the seniors.  All proceeds go to Project Graduation and will benefit the graduating class of 2015.

The committee works all year to raise the necessary funds to host this party.  We welcome parents/guardians of ALL classes to join as this is not only for the graduating senior class ... funds are also raised for future graduating classes of MHS.

Flamingo Flocking is a year round fundraiser. With a $25 donation, A FLOCK OF FLAMINGOS will mysteriously  appear on the lawn of your friends, family, or neighbor!  (Middletown area only). Project Graduation volunteers will install a flock under cover of darkness, leaving them to brighten your "victim's" day and bring smiles to the faces of passers-by. For an additional $5, we'll include a short, personalized message attached to one of the flamingos! Great for birthdays, graduation, anniversaries, sporting events, new baby, and any special occasion!

Anti-Flocking Insurance is also available for a premium of only $10. This guarantees that a flock will not roost on your lawn as they migrate through the city. Please e-mail either request to MHSflamingos@gmail.com  Project Grad will make every effort to accomodate date requests, however, flockings are done on a first come-first served basis once payment is received.
