Free sports physicals will be given to students who need a current physical and are interested in trying out for Soccer or being on the Cross Country team on Tuesday, September 1st at 2:45p.m. after school. The physicals will be given in the nurse’s office. The form needs to be signed by a parent/guardian as well as questions answered on one side of the physical form . Students can get the form during school prior to the date of the physical and brought with them on September 1st. Students must provide their own transportation home.
