EzTraxx Online for CEU's

Welcome to Middletown Public Schools new professional development management solution, EzTraxx Online for CEU's.  In an effort to improve communication of professional development offerings and more effectively address both staff and student identified needs, we have implemented a new online management solution.

In addition to serving as an operational database for planning and tracking purposes, the application will engage staff in defining and tracking their professional paths while supplying real-time data to drive decision making throughout the district.

Through a secure login with user name and password, all staff will be able to access their complete PD transcript including CEUs awarded and pending, and certification information, including endorsement requirements.

EzTraxx Online will provide each staff member with immediate access to the following:
  • Transcript - a complete list of completed CEU activities and associated awards.  Any questions, comments, or requests for changes to these records should be forwarded to Michele DiMauro in the Office of the Associate Superintendent at dimauroms@mps1.org.

  • Staff Profile - a complete snapshot of your data including position, tenure status, certification, endorsements.  For questions or changes to the information found here, view the District Contact Information link located on the left side of the page under HELP.

  • Professional Development Opportunities - search the online catagog of activity offerings including district-sponsored programs and technology workshops or visit one of the State's six sites for RESC offerings.  Use the same user name and password to login to the ACES site to enroll in programs.

  • Activity Request Forms - complete an online form for Equivalents as well as in-district proposed activities by clicking Create Activity Request found under Activity Requests in the gray menu bar.

To view Professional Development workshops:

  • Click on Enrollment
  • Click on Class Calendar or Class Catalog to view the workshops being offered.
