MHS Facilities Calendar & Request for Rental

This calendar includes all facilities used for MHS Rentals which will include:

	MHS Auditorium/Theatre		MHS Lecture Hall
	MHS Athletic Stadium		MHS Computer Lab 1/Media Center
	MHS Baseball		MHS Computer Lab 2/Media Center
	MHS Cafeteria		MHS Media Center/Library
	MHS General Classrooms		MHS Media Center Conference Room
	MHS Gym - Main		MHS Pool
	MHS Gym - Small		MHS Softball Fields
	Keigwin Fields

NOTE: This calendar is to be used for Middletown Public Schools District ONLY!

Before requesting use of a facility, please view the facilities rental calendar below. Be sure the time, date and area you wish to rent is available. To put in a request, click on the red + located in the RIGHT icon bar below.

NOTE: REGARDING THE RENTAL OF THE MHS FINE ARTS THEATRE, anyone out of district, must contact Marco Gaylord, Director of Fine Arts, at gaylordm@mpsct.org.

Before request is finalized, insurance certificate (from insurance company), Application (word doc with fillable fields) and payment (if applicable) must be submitted to the Facilities Department at the Board of Education, 311 Hunting Hill Avenue, Middletown, CT 06457 --- spatolal@mpsct.org

You will receive an answer to your request via email.
