Technical Support


It is the goal of the Information Technology Department to ensure that all students and teachers have access to the necessary technology resources. To ensure adequate support, Technicians are available at every building at least one day per week and procedures have been implemented to assist with problem reporting and resolution.

We use SchoolDude's IT Direct for our technology help desk. This tool will allow for better routing of help desk tickets as well as allow users to check on the status of tickets they have submitted. Please click on the icon below to go to the SchoolDude submission page.
