Sign up to be a Volunteer at your school!

A new automated volunteer management program called App-garden Volunteer Tracker is being implemented starting July 1st 2019 for Middletown Public Schools. Say goodbye to those paper volunteer forms!  We are very excited as it provides many benefits over the current volunteer process. Volunteers will be able to go to each school's webpage (the link is located on each school's home page) and click the Volunteer Link to complete a volunteer application. Once the application is submitted, Human Resources will be notified and background checks will be initiated if needed based on the activity level selected. There is NO FEE!  If the volunteer is approved, the volunteer will be notified through the online system regarding the approval along with the volunteer coordinators at your school. The volunteer form is also available online to all of our volunteers in many different languages!
