Scheduled Early Dismissals

As outlined in the school calendar, all students will dismiss early on the following dates for all Middletown Public Schools. All of the days below are professional development days, unless otherwise noted.

• Tuesday, September 19, 2023

• Tuesday, October 17, 2023

• Wednesday, November 22, 2023 (Thanksgiving Break)

• Tuesday, December 12, 2023

• Friday, December 22, 2023 (Winter Break)

• Tuesday, January 23, 2024

• Tuesday, February 27, 2024

• Tuesday, March 19, 2024

• Tuesday, April 23, 2024

• Tuesday, May 21, 2024

• Monday, June 10, 2024 (Final day of school)

Students will dismiss early on the following dates for the below mentioned schools:

• Beman Middle School only: Wednesday, October 25 through Friday, October 27, 2023 (for Conferences)

• Elementary Schools only: Wednesday, December 6 through Friday, December 8, 2023 (for Conferences)

• Beman Middle School only: Wednesday, March 6 through Friday, March 8, 2024 (for Conferences)

• Elementary Schools only: Wednesday, March 13 through Friday, March 15, 2024 (for Conferences) 

• MHS only: Tuesday, June 4 through Monday, June 10, 2024 (for Final Exams)

• Beman Middle School only: Thursday, June 6 and Friday June 7, 2024 (for 8th Grade Promotion)

Breakfast and lunch will be served on all the above mentioned days.

The early dismissal times for the above dates are:

• Middletown High School: Early Dismissal at 11:00 AM

• Beman Middle School: Early Dismissal at 12:00 PM

• Elementary Schools: Early Dismissal at 1:00 PM

Preschool schedules for the above mentioned dates are:

• PreK Full Day at Bielefield, Snow, & Spencer: Early Dismissal at 1:15 PM

• PreK Half Day AM at Snow: Early Dismissal at 10:15 AM

• PreK Half Day PM at Snow: No PM Preschool/Canceled

Scheduled Late Arrivals

As outlined in the school calendar, due to conferences, Middletown High School students only will have late arrivals on the following dates:

• Friday, September 22, 2023: Classes begin at 10:00 AM

• Friday, April 19, 2024: Classes begin at 10:00 AM

Lunch will be served on the two above mentioned days.
