Middletown Public Schools’ Transition  Center (MTC) provides students, age 18 – 21, with opportunities to increase their awareness of their own skills in the areas of independent living, careers, community resources, and day-to-day academics. Students then receive training in these areas, in order to enhance their skills and knowledge toward increased independence and improved quality of life. Experiences are designed around individual student’s needs as identified in each student’s transitional goals within his/her Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

MTC has recently started a T- shirt and mask printing business.

You can use the online ordering system plus view design by clicking this link

If for some reason the online system does not work you can to order masks or custom T-shirts by directly emailing at burnsd@mpsct.org

Masks are 2 for $5, in stock T-shirts are $6 depending on size of the design.

Thank you for your order.
