Middletown Public Schools Preschool Registration Deadline

Dear Middletown Preschool Families,

We are looking forward to the upcoming school year, and welcoming your children to Middletown Public Schools! 

In order to secure your child’s spot in our preschool program, and to consider transportation eligibility to and from their school, parents/guardians/caregivers must submit all required documentation to the MPS administration by Friday, August 7, 2026 by 2 p.m.

The required documentation includes:

  • Your child(ren)’s birth certificate

  • Proof of residency in Middletown, CT

  • School health forms

  • Completion of online preschool application

  • Parent/guardian/caregiver identification

  • Family insurance card

  • Income verification; i.e. W-2 Form

Please also ensure you have filled out all information in the PowerSchool registration portal. This is critical to ensure our staff are able to contact parents/guardians/caregivers in a timely manner throughout the school year.

All completed documentation can be emailed to prekreg@mpsct.org. 

Payments can be dropped off during regular business hours this week at MPS Central Office, 311 Hunting Hill Avenue, Middletown, CT 06457.
