Foodie Friday: Fresh Herbs From The Garden 🌿

Did you know? Some of our schools have their own hydroponic gardens and raised beds to grow fresh herbs and other crops for our kitchens, and for our meals served daily to our Middletown Public Schools students! This huge basket of herbs - oregano, sage, basil, rosemary, thyme, and chives - were all grown and harvested in those gardens, and used during our recent Chopped It Up event, where our students incorporated them into their homemade dishes for the competition! 🌿🔪
