Meet the Superintendent! Open House Sessions

With eager anticipation ahead of the new school year, Dr. Joseph Macary, the new Middletown Superintendent of Schools, is hosting a pair of Open House sessions to welcome all families, staff members and community members, and discuss a variety of topics, including individual student and/or family issues, educational initiatives and the goals for Middletown Public Schools in the future. 
Appointments are not needed to attend these Open House sessions.
There will be two Open Houses - one for MPS staff members only, and one open to families, community members and other members of the public.
  • STAFF ONLY: Monday, July 6, 2026, from 8:30-10:30 a.m.
  • FAMILIES & COMMUNITY MEMBERS: Tuesday, July 7, 2026, from 5-8 p.m.
These sessions will be held at Middletown Public Schools Central Office, 311 Hunting Hill Avenue, Middletown, CT 06457. If you have any questions, you can contact Central Office by calling (860) 638-1401 or emailing superintendent@mpsct.org.
